Anyone using Japanese Candlesticks? - Trading-Lab

hello, was wondering if anyone here trades using japanese candlesticks. If you do, get out of the wild and let's talk about them!

it depends on what you mean by "trading using japanese candlesticks". If by that you mean just using candlesticks on your charts instead of lines, then I'm the one

if, instead, you mean trading off candlesticks patterns and such, then I'm not particularly big on that. I watch basic candlesticks patterns mostly as important price level confirmation (i.e. long white/black candles).

. I think most traders/investors prefer to have candles on their charts rather than lines. Candles are just easier to read, in my opinion

I've spent a little time with them in the past, but recently started to really devote time and energy to learning them. Very helpful way of discerning price action!
