Too easy. It never ceases to amaze me the debt held. Especially in those whose earning curve is flat.

My neighbors just "walked away". $595,000 house, Navigator and GS in the drive. Had a moving sale and dumped all the furniture. I wonder if they paid those credit cards, ha!!!

No for sale sign, just an empty house.

I have to say we saw it coming.

Then they're gonna cry when they have to rent an apt because their credit is shot to hell.

That's assuming a decent apt will even rent to them. Most do credit checks these days to my knowledge.

I work in mortgages man, I hear this crap alll daaayyy long my friend. Some of the most "heartbreaking" stories of irresponsibility. LOL

P.S. Good to hear from you, hope all is well.

Same here Deviant! Good to hear from you. I've been having a little fun on Rennick's crystal ball thread with riskfree.

He (neighbor who abandoned his house) was a mortgage writer and , well, you know the business. Leveraged during the boom...always risky.

Nice house though, me and wifey are gonna go over and trim the hedges. They didn't even mow!!!
