knock off sleepiness during trading

i feel sleeply when the market moves sideways. how do i knock off the sleepiness.

you could trade longer term...checking your positions once a day (example: before bed)....and practice a hobby (example: guitar) during the day or have a full or part time day job. time goes by faster....transaction fees dont eat into your profit....and last but not least....you dont fall asleep at the console during a sideways market.
