Now the more important question is:
Why do you think this excercise is relevent? Again, answers will be different for everyone.

On relevance of the question....if asking yourself this question makes you aware of your plan (or lack thereof), and then prompts you to re-examine your "why" and "how", then I believe it is relevant.
