NDAQ: a possible takeover?

NDAQ has a 11.59 P/E which is waaay lower than other exchanges'. I think it would be a relatively cheap takeover target. market cap is less than $5 bil and it could easily be bought by a big private equity fund.

what do you think?

possible. can you give us more reasons why you think NDAQ might be a good takeover candidate?

actually. that's about it. NDAQ current valuation speaks for itself. let's take a look at other exchanges' P/Es:

NDAQ 11.59 P/E, 20.37 Future
NYX 26.51 P/E, 24.38 Future
CME 32.50 P/E, 29.35 Future
NMX 37.20 P/E
ICE 34.20 P/E, 29.3 Future

do I need to add more?
