wanted to hear from traders who work, have worked, or know someone at GHCO. Is it a good place to work at? I understand GHCO has recently merged with Penson. Has that improved things?

from what I heard, there used to be more salaried traders over there. Now, it's mostly proprietary traders.

a friend of mine says they are the best outfit up in chicago
