Time Zone arbitrage

is anyone doing any Time Zone arbitrage at all?

I mean buy a foreign fund when US markets go up strong to kind of exploit stale prices, for example.

the type of arbitrage you are talking about is not really worth the candle anymore due to early redemption fees funds charge eating into arbitrage profits.
